I am vehemently opposed to these regulations. All investors
should have the right to buy any available public investment without you deciding who is rich enough or smart enough to purchase these funds. Please allow people to make their own decisions and let them be accountable for the results of their decisions without the governments assistance.
I do not want your investment help in telling me what I can buy and what is off limits. I know how to read and have and would like to continue to have the right to make my own decisions.
This is a classic case of government overreach. I am 76 years old and have been investing for many years and have purchased many of the things you want to restrict. You must think the public is so stupid that the only thing they can be allowed to buy is what you decide is good for them.
