These regulations would not only be an unnecessary restriction on the free market, but they would give an even more marked advantage to those who are already wealthy, by allowing them exclusive trading options that are not allowed to the vast majority of the rest of us. American citizens are better informed on what investments are best for their specific situations than regulators are. Let them decide for themselves. For every uninformed decision this stops, how many well informed decisions will it also stop?
