N/A
It is not the responsibility of an outside party to decide what is best for me or my family. They have no knowledge of me or my situation. It is my responsibility to review, assess risk and act in my best interest. To that end all risks and rewards are my own. Please stay out and stop the over regulation and coddling based on your need to control and "protect the less/under informed". You primarily only end up hurting the regular people. I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. Explain that you are capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Tell regulators you do not need these measures imposed on you. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.
