Dear FINRA, If you change the rules so late in the game it's not fair. It's not fair for investors and even more so for those already invested. If investors can't buy it, how on earth am I going to sell it? I have losses so I am not even going to profit just get back where I was. Somebody got that money I paid; don't I have the right to get it back? It works both ways...you are hurting the invested by hurting future investors. I am a contrarian. I invest both in bullish markets and bearish, long and short term and even shorts once in a while.....with prefessional brokers and electronic trading. The brokers have ALWAYS Screwed me over and the government as well(JD). If you take this away from us little guys you are only directing the gains into the pockets of hedge funds and brokerages. Where's the justice in that? Taking away our trading privileges is like taking away our right to freedom and liberty to attain our financial independence.
