Finra, your interest in protecting investors is admirable, but limiting choices and opportunities is counter to this goal. Leveraged and inverted ETFs gives the average investor access to investment opportunities that would then be limited to only larger institutions who could utilize sophisticated option and derivatives whereas the smaller investor is excluded. Protecting investors from making mistakes, or "losing" is admirable, but NOT at the loss of opportunity or profit. Please STOP this!
