Regulators should not have the right to limit my choice of investments - Public investments should be available to all investors and not just the privileged elite - I should not have to go through a special process to invest in leveraged funds - Leveraged and inverse funds are a necessary part of my investment strategy m to hedge against market pullbacks - Any limiting regulations tells me something big is coming and the wall street tycoons want the public not to have the ability to hedge.
