Individual investors have been excluded from the advantages of large trading firms and lawmakers. Taking away individual investor RIGHTS to invest in leveraged & Inverse funds is just another ball & chain on individuals in their strides towards financial independence from Government. If an individual had invested in a triple leveraged S&P index fund for the last 10 years, they would have gained "roughly" THREE TIMES what an investor gained investing in a "normal S&P indexed fund. Do not prevent the average small investor from being able to make a reasonable return in the stock markets.
