Dear SEC, Rule #S7-24-15: I personally should be able to choose the public investments which I deem appropriate for me and my family. NOT you! Just because some may be privileged doesn't mean only they should have access. I do not need to pass some special test or have money as the privileged do to have access to a public investment. Leverage and inverse funds play an important part of a portfolio to protect the average investor. Do NOT make it harder/impossible for someone not really privileged but still able to participate in public investment. Common sense applies in this consideration. Please re-think your thinking.
