Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies, and I do not want to see a requirement added to prove high net-worth or series 6 exam or similar as that is too large a hurdle for most people to overcome. I would support basic knowledge quizzes before allowing access to these types of funds, similar to the approach the EU has taken. But these quizzes should be easily accessible from home, without needing to spend an unreasonable amount time or money to take and pass the quiz.
