It is unbelievable that you would wish to attempt to place such restrictions on these trading vehicles. These have been available for many years and I personally have used these in my trading strategies to manage risk. We are all fully aware of the volatility associated with leveraged funds. These present no greater danger than supposedly save bonds when interest rates go in a different direction much to the detriment of returns. Do not restrict these investment vehicles. They form a valuable function in our investment strategies. We who use them have already educated ourselves on the intricacies inherent in them. We do not now need any additional scrutiny or instruction to utilize these beneficial forms of investment. I strongly urge to leave these funds in place and let them operate in the same fashion they have successfully operate for many years. Thank you.
