More and more, citizens like myself, who have a desire to trade markets, find that our choices are being limited because some have decided that amateur traders aren't as wise and not capable of making good decisions. We most certainly understand the risk involved in trading, especially when trading leveraged funds, but the gains can be rewarding enough that we practice due diligence in learning the skills needing to trade effectively and successfully. Any publicly traded fund, should be available, to the public, just as we have license to drive an automobile, any public highway should be available. Logical thinking would go a long way in encouraging people to succeed, not oppression.
