Hi, I have been Investing for 30+ years. I do not feel that I need to have someone else tell me that I would need to complete A test to determine what I can invest in and not invest in. I use Inverse and leverage funds to invest in as part of my investment strategy. Unless someone wants to guarantee losses on my own Investments then no one should tell me what I can invest in without having some regulations. I want to be able to invest the way I please.
