Leveraged and inverse funds like those offered by Direxion and Proshares provide individual investors like me the opportunity to take leveraged positions without the need to understand the underlying complex derivatives and options tools used to create the leverage. Please don't add extra restrictions that make the use of the funds more difficult. I already have to regularly sign a statement that I understand the added risks these funds entail.
