There should be no process to go through like passing a test, we don't need some bureaucrat. I am fully capable of determining the shortfalls or benefits of leveraged and inverse funds, including their risk. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
Leveraged and inverse funds are a very important part of my investment strategy, and have always been beneficial to me and my family, especially when seeking enhanced returns. They are an important limited part of my overall portfolio. I believe that putting a restriction on something I have used for years unrestricted, is a violation of my constitutional rights. I strongly oppose anything that would limit the public investments I currently and have almost always had.
