As a former investment representative for Edward Jones I feel that I, not regulators, should be able to choose what public investments are right for me. I should not have to go through any special process, like passing a test, before I may invest in public securities, including cryptocurrency funds such as BITO. I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and their risks. I oppose regulators putting restrictions on my right to invest in public securities.
