Dear FINRA,
I am opposed to the potential restrictions by FINRA on my right to invest in public investments. I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me and my family. Publicly traded investments should be available to all the public and not just the privileged. I am more than capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I should not have to go through a special process or testing before I can purchase certain funds. I do not need these measures imposed on me and my ability to make investment decisions. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my strategies as an investor to help protect my investments and seek enhanced returns. Having these funds as a limited portion of my portfolio have been of great value to me in the past. Restricting my ability to purchase these funds in the future would eliminate a valuable tool I use to grow my wealth. Please do not restrict or remove my rights in my investment making decisions.
