I am in no position to analyze full picture of why considering such rule and what future impact will be for US investors. However, customers move away from companies that are not prioritizing and addressing customers real need and within parameters these parameters I can imagine restricting individual small Invester with complexity will force to look elsewhere to invest in. As such access to global market, forex, crypto are made easier than ever. I am sure your decision will be in the best interest of our nation and it's economy.
