I'd like to say the right for investors to access all investment products is very important. The "complex" financial products seem high risk. But they allows investors to use them to hedge the stock investment. If the common investors are blocked from these "complex" products, they have to exposure all their investment in stock positions. It's unfair for them while other investors could use these "complex" products to setoff their risk.
So I opposite this regulation to block some investors' accessibility to these leveraged and inverse funds.
