I understand very will the risk in leverage/inverse funds. I believe I do not need anything imposed on me. These type of funds are important in my portfolio investments. It allows protection in hedging and enhances my returns when using them correctly and as a limited part of my overall portfolio. I believe as a US citizen I should control my wealth. And should have the decision in my own direction as to what to invest and how to protect my wealth.
