In addition Direxion has excellent tutorials on the use of these Funds. The use of these Funds is no different than the use of margin. Brokerage houses limit the use of both based upon the rules that they have in place and the knowledge level of each customer. These are unique investment products that allow knowlegable investors to trade in various sectors of the market. Knowledge is power and the role of FINRA is that.
