Dear Regulator,

I should have the ability to invest in the kind of security I want. I have deep understandings of what these kind of products are as I have been in the financial markets for long enough. I do not invest big portion in this type of products but are of vital importance for my investment strategy. I use inverse funds which bring a huge opportunity in times like this when the market is falling. In fact this is one of the easiest ways for me to buy a hedge without going into more complex products such as options.
