Gowthami B Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

To the regulators,
You cannot be the ones who say when we buy and what we buy. You cannot be the ones who impose restrictions and make sure that the middle class families cannot even hedge their portfolio admist all the volatility in the world with increased fuel prices, commodity prices and changing world order. Is this process even fair enough? If you want to impose restrictions, do it on the institutional investors who actually make a difference. Not for middle class Americans like me, who struggle day in and day out protecting our portfolio for our children's future. Moreover, leveraged and inverse funds help hedge my investments just like gold was a hedge investment before and even now. We are trying to barely stay afloat, don't sink us!!
