An individual investor making their own decisions is not the same as reckless wall street fund managers shorting with money they dont have. How dare the SEC come after retail traders when the clear issue is the wall street crooks. I trade for proprietary firms and i know what I am doing. It is apalling the Federal reserve is not being investigated and politicians are not being investigated, rather, the SEC wants to limit the ability of retail investors, how dare they. This is not for consumer protection, this is to protect wall street crooks so that they can't get hurt when they mess up. I am disgusted to see this is an issue. Again, i have multiple proprietary trading accounts also and earned those with evaluations, I know what I am doing. Sorry retail learned to do something other than buybuybuy when Jim Cramer says so. Pathetic
