NO more regulation! Investors in the markets need to have any tool available. Currently and in the past I have used in an inverse exchange product to protect my investments....and it is badly needed.
As an investor, I should be free to use what ever tools I may need without regulation of any kind. I should not have to go through any process to invest as I see fit. People who invest without these tools are at a severe disadvantage. If they are unable to understand the the tools, professional advisers are available to all. My broker posts a notice on these tools in detail.
All in all, it is a person's PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to understand these types of tools, learn them, or get professional help. NO regulation, tests, or any process should be attached to using tools from time to time when needed.
