The ability to invest in public securities/investments, and/or leveraged and inversed funds should be left to the investors that understand any associated risks with same. Investors, such as I, that understand these investments should not need legislation imposed upon us to try and control an outcome. As an active investor, funds such as these, help protect overall investments. I personally utilize these type of investments as a limited part of my overall portfolio.
