Dear Sir or Madam: One aspect that I love about the financial markets in this country is the FREEDOM we have to invest in a wide variety of investment options, such as leveraged funds. I am grateful that we live in a country that believes investors are intelligent enough to ascertain the risks and rewards of such investment vehicles. BUT WAIT! So regulators are considering limiting access to such investments? That is very much a "Putin-esque" move on the part of regulators. PLEASE let us, the investors, make our own choices. It is up to us, the investors, to understand the risks and rewards that are inherent in these alternative investment options. Where will regulation stop - where is the line drawn? Are you, the regulators, going to decide that specific stocks, such as Tesla, is too risky?
