I strongly oppose the proposed FINRA regulation that would restrict my ability to easily invest in public securities that FINRA deems "complex products" such as leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding the risk issues related to these investments and I don't need any nanny state to "protect" me from making bad choices. I use such investments, which are a limited part of my portfolio for achieving certain investment goals that I select. Having a governmental body deciding whether I am capable of making my own investment choices is ridiculous! This is another example of government overreach and it is unacceptable.
