I understand that you are considering legislation that will further restrict investors from investing in a broad range of public securities designated as complex products. We already receive prospectuses which spell out risks. What is your reasoning for adding more restrictions? As a small investor I want the right to invest in any publicly traded stock or ETF of my choosing. We do not need more government control. If you want to help investors take away paying taxes on investing. It is tough enough making a profit in the market without the government taking a share of any gains.
