I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in any public investments I choose and feel it is very unfair to hold these funds back for just the privileged. I am capable of understanding the risks involved by investing in leveraged and inverse funds and do not need to pass a test before investing. Trading the inverse funds in recent months has enhanced my returns a great deal with so much fluctuation all through each day; of course I've used them only as a very limited part of my overall portfolio. Please give my comments due consideration and do not place restrictions on my right to invest. Thank you.
