To FINRA: I want to continue having the freedom to invest on my own as I have for over the years. I want to maintain my current freedom to invest in public securities of my choosing. As an American citizen, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me! I am grateful to have the freedom of access to the exchange traded funds that empower me and my family to pursue our financial objectives. I am an older adult, and it would be so inconvenient and unfair that I would have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. I have done my own free trading and investing since 1985, and I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds, I do not need these measures from FINRA imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I am happy that I have used leverage and inverse funds for a long time, they help me protect my investments, as I continue to seek more enhanced returns as they are part of my overall portfolio. I am surprised and NOT happy to hear FINRA has such a radical and unprecedented threat by regulators to prevent or restrict investors right to buy the leveraged and inverse funds, like UltraPro and UltraPro Short exchange-traded funds, as well as many other types of popular investments. Please DO NOT limit my ability, or any investors ability, to freely invest on their own! Thank you
