I am against more nanny state regulations. We as individuals need to be able to make our own decisions.
People with high net worth are also incapable of making financial decisions, they just got lucky.
If this investment is inappropriate for individual investors such as myself, then why is it even an option? Just remove it for all investors.
I am capable of making my own investment decisions and I would appreciate it if FINRA and the SEC would stop trying to protect people where no protection is necessary and instead focus on manipulators and crooks already already on the stock exchanges and enforce the rules already on the books vs creating new rules that are self regulated.
Do not restrict any market activities to all investors.
