Limiting investment into certain leverage funds in cryptocurrency tracking funds and futures such as BITO to just wealthy individuals is not equitable nor fair. Also forcing individuals that are currently invested in it to divest from it at the bottom of the market as the market has been trending down would not be in the best interest of American investors. This could cause millions of Americans to lose millions of dollars. This would not benefit anyone in the slightest bit nor would it help further financial Independence or stability throughout the nation as a whole.
