I am very upset to learn of the proposed restrictions and limitations regarding leveraged investment products like etfs. I am a big fan of them and use them regularly. Please keep in mind that also provide safety in that only using 1/3 of my cash to purchase a 3xs leveraged etf allows me to hold 2/3 of my portfolio in cash making my portfolio move liquid than if I had 100% of my cash invested.
