Do not restrict my right to trade in whatever product I choose. These products are 10 years or more old and I have done my own research and analysis for days and weeks total time. You were not restricting the same products when they were going up, so you should not restrict them on the way down. You will be hurting the people you are intending to help because you cannot pick and choose what directions markets end up taking. Every investor has the choice to make his/her decision when investing and that is their choice to invest in whatever they want to invest in. There are way more speculative products such as the over 20,000 types of crypto currencies why don't you start regulating those first if anything that is what needs more regulation.
