I would not like anyone telling me what I can and can't do with my money and investments. I am more than capable of understanding risk for all my investments, including leveraged and inverse funds. I currently use leveraged and inverse funds to enhance my returns and protect my portfolio. Leveraged and inverse funds ARE NOT strategies the public needs to be protected by regulators.
