- I am just a regular investor, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
- I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I invested in options years ago. I understand leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I DO NOT need these measures imposed on me.
- Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. It's my retirement account. Base on my age, part of my investment is aggressive and part of it is conservative. Leveraged and inverse funds as limited part of my overall portfolio to help me enhance returns and achieve my retirement goal.
- This is a freedom country. It's ridiculous to put restrictions on my right to invest. If this take place, it will effect lots of people's retirement plan and family. Life is hard enough. we don't need any more negative impacts to our life. Hope you will put some serious considerations before y9u make the change.
