Individuals not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I should not have to go through special reviews of processes to invest in public securities, such as leveraged and inverse funds. Please do not cut out the ability of the individual to have to same access and investing options available to "high net worth" or investment institutions. This is America...we have freedoms...we can and should be personally responsible for our own investment decisions. Thank you for your consideration.
