I am writing to express my objection on restrictions on investment for the working class people. The idea that I should not have the right to invest in ways that I so chose is something I would expect from Russia not the USA. Regulations such as these only serve the rich at the expense of the middle class. Our country has seen too many politicians taking rights away from its citizens. Everyone should have the right to invest in public traded investments without the unnecessary burden or expenses of your proposed regulations. Investments in cryptocurrency and other high risk funds is part of my diversified portfolio that has help me achieve my financial goals. Do not take away investment options from the middle class and farther the divide between the wealthy and the poor.
