I, as an individual in the American public should be able to have access to public investments and such investments should not be accessible for only a few privileged groups. I should not go through special test before I can invest in public securities, such as leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding and acknowledging leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. These measures should not be imposed on us, individuals. These leveraged and inverse funds are crucial to my investment strategies, as they help protect my investments, and enhance returns. Thank you for understanding and taking this request into account.
