Hello,
I understand that potential restrictions are being considered that would limit my access to using leveraged and inverse funds for my investments. I want to make it clear that I oppose any such restrictions that limit my right to invest in public investment instruments. I have years of experience utilizing these types of funds, and I am very aware of how they function. As with any other public investment fund, I believe these type of funds should be available to the public without regulators putting up any requirements that would act as a barrier to their utilization. Such funds provide useful functions for investing, and I think putting restrictions on investors who want to use such funds is not a productive use of regulations.
