I'm confused about why these funds should be an issue for regulators. They have been just fine for the past several years, and now they become a problem? This issue makes me suspect, and probably correctly so, that there is "money" behind the regulation concerns. Someone is not getting their "fair share" someway or somehow, and therefore we need to limit those who may benefit from the funds. I recommend just leaving things the way they are just as you have for the last years. Let the small investor be able to benefit during the bad times coming at us soon. No need for change now just because things may be changing, and financial benefits aren't going" the right way".These benefits have surely been going the "right way" for the last 14 years. Time to even them out.
