I vehemently oppose any restrictions you are considering on my right to invest in leverage funds and inverse funds. Let ME decide...don't decide for me. Don't discriminate against me if don't meet your criteria.
And don't make me go through a special test. I'm a big boy and can make my own decisions. I have made it all the way to 60 years of age without your hand holding. Stop trying to be big brother...and no, you're not looking after my best interests.
I have made a lot of money with leverage funds. At times I've lost money as well but I know the risks.
Just stop any thought of imposing your will on me.
