David Lobocki Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I should always be able to choose the investments that are right for my portfolio. Public investments like leveraged and inverse funds should be available to everyone and not just the privileged so called experts. This restriction sounds familiar to the last time the market began to pull back in 2007/2008 and I find it interesting that every time the government prints more money and the Fed decides to pump up the markets by keeping interest rates too low for too long along with continuing emergency QE measures for over 14 years that now when the market begins to correct toward fair value that NOW you want to block my ability to SHORT THIS Fed Inflated market. I don't need to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. I already understand leveraged and inverse funds, their risks and what my objectives are as inflation continues to soar and price discovery has been eliminated. I don't need any regulators to now take away the measures that have been in place to prevent the further theft of my income and investments. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies to protect and hedge my investments....period. Again I will ask....Why now? Is the party almost over?
