Hi. I understand your concerns. But I believe that using criteria such as tests or high net worth to determine who is eligible to trade securities that are deemed "complex", such as leveraged ETFs, is unnecessary and can actually do more harm than good to my long-term financial security.
I can assure you that I am an active trader and that I know what I'm doing. I am well aware of the risks involved in trading leveraged ETFs. I understand that they are prone to time decay, volatility, and so forth.
I understand trading leveraged ETFs is not for everyone. But I ask that you would not impose any limitations on my ability to trade them.
