This is nothing but a way to super impose a caste system on the country to make sure the rich stay rich and everyone stays poor. There are many other ways to make sure the products offered are safe for investors than banning investors from using them unless they are financial experts. This is nothing but a blatant attempt at making sure there is a viable work force in order to serve the powerful because we all know the difference is investment income. If the investment products were that dangerous then you wouldn't offer it to anyone and thus you would pull them from the market. This is nothing but a thinly veiled method of socio economic control.
