David Blasdell Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Good morning.
I think these proposed regulations are messed up. Just yesterday I was reading how Fidelity is allowing bitcoin in retirement accounts (that Ponzi scheme is something that MIGHT be worth your time, but not this). I live in America and I don't want or need our government limiting me. I want the same opportunity to make money as everyone else. Please stop making more and more rules, you're just making my life more complex.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for my family and public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Further, I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
Leveraged/inverse funds are important to my investment strategies because they help me protect our investments and enhance our returns.
