I strongly oppose any restriction to invest in leveraged and inverse funds.
Anyone should be FREE to make their own decisions and take their own risk for any investment one deems appropriate for their circumstances.
Leverage and inverse funds are an excellent tool to hedge against stocks and market risk and also to enhance returns in the short run as well as in the long run.
Implementing restrictions will eliminate the opportunity for small investors like myself to prosper while providing the opportunity only to those who are well off and can afford "specialized professional" advise and counsel.
Restrictions and regulations in this area will undoubtedly lead to a higher discrepancy and increase the divide between those that HAVE and those who HAVE NOT and specifically will negatively impact the middle class.
Please refrain from adding any restrictions to trading in leverage and inverse fund.
