I would prefer my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds to remain unchanged. Sectioning off portions of the free market causes it to remain privileged to a select few. Everybody goes through elementary school and understands multiplication.
I utilize leveraged funds to take advantage of periods of high return on investment in the overall market. As a retail investor, it is very clear that it is possible to lose money in the market, and this should not be locked from the general public because there are some investors who do not consider their own risk tolerance.
