Attention FINRA Regulators:
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. It would not even occur to me to invest in leveraged and inverse funds without understanding the potential risks. I may not meet all the requirements if you pass these regulations. Does that mean I'm incapable of making reasoned, strategic investments? No. These investments should be available to all of the public, not just a privileged few. From my observations, there are far more egregious and risky investments being made by banks and so-called investment professionals using other people's money that should be the primary focus of your regulatory powers. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
