I should have the ability to invest in leveraged ETFs. I have done the research and understand the risks involved. I use leveraged ETFs when the market goes down and buy in small increments and sell when the market rises. I have done quite well over the past few years investing using this methodology. I believe the individual investors not regulators should be able to determine to invest their money.
